1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the UM-AREX website, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Products and Pricing
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product without prior notice.
Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure accuracy, but errors may occur. In case of pricing discrepancies, we will contact you before processing your order.
3. Order Processing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability or discontinuation
- Pricing or description errors
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
- Delivery restrictions to certain areas
4. Payment Terms
A delivery advance of Rs 250/- is required to process your order. The remaining balance is payable upon delivery (Cash on Delivery) or through approved payment methods.
Payment must be made in full before the product is dispatched. We accept bank transfers, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and cash on delivery for the remaining amount.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We dispatch orders within 24 hours of verification. Delivery times vary by location:
- Major cities: 2-3 business days
- Other areas: 3-5 business days
- Remote locations: 5-7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy for manufacturing defects only. The product must be in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after inspection. Please refer to our Return Policy page for detailed information.
7. Product Warranty
Warranty coverage varies by product and is specified in individual product descriptions. Warranties cover manufacturing defects only and do not extend to damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
8. Limitation of Liability
UM-AREX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of UM-AREX and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
